The cap is the protection.
SuspenzBox can never charge you more than $9.99 in a calendar month. The limit is enforced at the database level on every single transaction — it's not a marketing promise, it's a hard technical guarantee. The instant you hit $9.99, your account flips to full VIP for the rest of the month, on us.
We don't maintain a parallel refund process because the cap already does the work. If you want details on how the limit is computed, read the Spending Cap page.
App Store / Play Store refunds.
When you buy coins or subscribe through iOS or Android, the money goes to Apple or Google — they are the merchant of record. They handle refunds, not us. The fastest, most reliable path is direct:
- iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com — typically processed within 24–48 hours.
- Android: open the Google Play app → your account → Order history → tap the order → Refund.
Cancel auto-renew anytime.
One tap from your Apple/Google account settings, or from in-app Studio → Cancel auto-renew. We honor whatever access period you've already paid for — no clawbacks, no delays. Future charges stop. Done.
Account, technical, or data issues.
For anything that isn't money — account access, technical bugs, GDPR data export or deletion, abuse reports — write us at hello@suspenzbox.com. A real human responds.
Subscriptions priced higher (legacy).
If you subscribed before May 2026, your subscription is grandfathered at the legacy price ($9.99/month or $89.99/year) — Apple and Google force us to maintain that for existing subscribers. Cancel and resubscribe to get the current Fair Drama price ($5.99/month or $49.99/year).
