This Privacy Policy describes how Studio V LLC ("we", "us", "SuspenzBox") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our mobile app and website.
What we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service:
- Account info: email, hashed password, optional display name
- Usage data: which episodes you watch, when, for how long
- Payment data: handled entirely by Apple, Google, and Stripe — we never see your card details
- Device data: device model, OS version, app version, country (from IP, anonymized)
- Advertising identifiers: only with your consent (Apple ATT prompt on iOS, Didomi consent on EU web)
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent. We do not track you across unrelated apps or websites.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can:
- Request a copy of your data via the in-app Settings → Privacy → Export
- Delete your account via Settings → Privacy → Delete Account
- Email us at privacy@suspenzbox.com for any other requests
Account deletion is implemented as a soft-delete with 30-day retention (in case you change your mind), followed by hard deletion of all PII. Compliance with GDPR (EU/EEA) and CCPA (California).
Cookies & tracking
On our website, we use only essential cookies (no tracking). On our mobile app, we use Didomi for IAB TCF v2.2-compliant consent management in the EU.
Children
SuspenzBox is rated 17+ on iOS App Store and "Mature 17+" on Google Play. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 17.
